Sparkling tea
Tea. Wine. Effervescence.
Alcohol-free cuvées from the Palatinate. Inspired by two of the world's great culinary cultures. For people who love to host, and guests who love to stay for another glass.

Two worlds, one cuvée
Tea and wine share a centuries-old tradition, shaped by terroir, craftsmanship, and time. Chazánte unites both worlds into cuvées with complex aromatics and delicate freshness. Distinctive in character, naturally at the table.

Discover our three varieties in one package and find your new favorite sparkling tea. Our fruity Oolong Orange with intense citrus aromas, Sencha Épicé, an elegant variety with plenty of freshness and spice, and our classic Imperial Grey with deep, slightly tart notes of bergamot.
Our Alcohol-Free Collection

Oolong Orange
Fruity and elegant: Juicy orange and delicate peach notes meet the freshness of Sencha. Fruit-driven with complexity. Rosé colored in the glass.
Imperial Grey
Classic and intense: A strong, slightly tart black tea with citrus notes of bergamot. Deep and expressive in structure. Calm in style.
Sencha Épicé
Fresh and spicy: ginger, herbs and lemongrass combine with delicate green teas and floral notes of Darjeeling. Clear and precise.
OUR CRAFTSMANSHIP
Our cuvées are created from carefully selected teas, de-alcoholized wine, and a fine perlage. Natural ingredients, a low residual sugar content derived from the sweetness of the grapes, and a precise balance shape their style. Every ingredient serves its purpose. Every step follows a clear standard.

Selected teas
Tea is one of the most complex ingredients in the world. Its origin, climate, and processing determine its character just as they do for great wines. For our sparkling teas, we select teas from renowned growing regions such as Darjeeling, Fujian, Zhejiang, and Nantou. Cold-brewed for 24 hours, they develop their delicate aroma with exceptional depth.

Wine as a base
Our sparkling teas are based on a gently dealcoholized wine from selected vineyards. It brings a mineral freshness, structure, and a balanced play of sweetness and acidity to the glass.

Finishing
Chazánte is processed in a sparkling wine cellar in the heart of the Palatinate – a region that has been known for excellent viticulture for generations. There, experience, precision and time combine to create what makes Chazánte: clarity in style and meticulous attention to detail.

FAQ
Questions and answers about our products.
Do you also ship abroad?
Our product is currently only available in Germany. However, please contact us if you would like to order the product from outside of Europe.
What is sparkling tea?
Our sparkling tea is a blend of dealcoholized wine and tea infusions, enhanced with carbon dioxide. However, there is no standard definition of sparkling tea, and the products on the market vary greatly.
Is your sparkling tea suitable for pregnant women?
The alcohol content of our sparkling tea is 0.0% and the caffeine content is a maximum of 11 mg/100 ml. This means our sparkling teas contain significantly less caffeine than a cup of coffee or black tea and are well below the maximum recommended daily intake of 200 mg for pregnant women. Our products are a refreshing, alcohol-free alternative—also for those who want to enjoy their teas mindfully during pregnancy. Our sparkling teas also have very little sugar and are low in calories—ideal for a balanced diet at every stage of life.
Is Schaumtee the same as sparkling tea?
Sparkling tea is the English term for Schaumtee. Just like sparkling wine and Schaumwein, there is currently no uniform definition for Schaumtee or sparkling tea. The products on the market vary considerably in their composition and production.
Where can I drink your product?
In our magazine, you'll find a selection of bars and restaurants that carry our sparkling teas. Of course, you can also order our products directly to your home at any time.
What is the best way to drink Chazánte?
We recommend enjoying our foam teas well chilled in a wine glass. This allows the delicate, complex aromas of the teas to unfold particularly well. And, of course, it's best to enjoy them in good company with friends or family!
Are your sparkling teas vegan?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. We use no animal-derived ingredients or additives—neither in the tea nor in the production of our sparkling tea blends. So you can enjoy Chazánte with a clear conscience.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Unfortunately, our warehouse processes are currently not set up for local pickup. However, your order will be processed as quickly as possible and will usually arrive at your home within a few days.
