Shipping within Germany

We deliver exclusively within Germany via DHL. Orders are shipped in secure packaging specifically designed for the transport of bottles.

 

Shipping Costs

Orders over 100 €: Free shipping
Orders under 100 €: Shipping costs depend on the number of bottles ordered and will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

 

Delivery Time

Your order will usually be dispatched within 2–4 working days after receipt of payment.
Please note: No shipping on Sundays or public holidays.

 

Returns & Transport Damage

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, contact us straight away at kontakt@chazante.de so we can resolve the issue promptly.
