Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@chazante.de. We will inform you of the next steps and, if necessary, provide you with a return label and instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

 

Conditions for Returns

For your return to be accepted, the item must be:
✅ in the same condition in which you received it,
✅ unopened and undamaged,
✅ sealed and with all original labels intact,
✅ returned in the original packaging,
✅ accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

📦 Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can find a suitable solution.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days – no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification – via your original method of payment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Please note that it may take up to 15 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you have not received a refund after this time, please contact us at kontakt@chazante.de.
