About Us

Chazánte originated in the Palatinate region of Germany.

A region where viticulture, hospitality, and good food have been part of everyday life for generations. Where people enjoy coming together. Where long evenings at the table are often more important than the occasion itself.

Chazánte arose from the desire to bring exactly this feeling into a glass, even without alcohol. Not as a renunciation. Not as a compromise. But as a natural part of shared experiences.

To achieve this, we combined two of the world's oldest cultures of enjoyment: tea and wine.

Both are shaped by origin, climate, time, and craftsmanship. Both tell stories of care, character, and tradition. In our cuvées, they come together and create an independent composition with sophistication, depth, and complexity.

Our name also embodies this idea: The Chinese "Cha" stands for tea and its traditional craftsmanship. "Zánte," inspired by the Italian "frizzante," conveys lightness and joie de vivre.
