Enjoyment from the Heart of Kleinmarkthalle
Frankfurt's Kleinmarkthalle is one of the city's most vibrant places for culinary delights. Right at its eastern entrance is KMH – a restaurant that translates the diversity of the market stalls into modern, urban cuisine.
The concept spans three floors: The bistro is the focal point on the ground floor, above which is a cooking studio for events and kitchen parties, while selected wines are stored in the historic cellar. Many of the ingredients used come directly from the vendors of the Kleinmarkthalle. Cheese, fish, meat, bread, and delicatessen often travel only a few meters to reach the kitchen.
Culinary-wise, regionality meets international inspiration. Traditional dishes are reinterpreted, high-quality products are central, and much is served in a way that can be discovered together at the table. This very mix of market proximity, modern design, and relaxed hospitality defines KMH.
A special occasion for a visit is the Sunday brunch: sweet and savory dishes, products from the Kleinmarkthalle, and the lively atmosphere of the bistro – for a Sunday that can certainly last a little longer.
Our Oolong Orange is served here as an alcohol-free accompaniment. Its delicate notes of orange and peach combine fruitiness with the complex structure of Oolong tea. With low sweetness and refreshing lightness, the cuvée works with a variety of different dishes.
Served chilled in a wine glass, the Sparkling Tea accompanies lunch as well as an aperitivo or a long evening at the bistro.
