Sencha Épicé is a particularly fresh, herbal, and elegant variety. The nose is filled with scents of ginger, herbs, and refreshing lemongrass. The finely balanced green teas jasmine from the traditional tea region of Fujian and sencha from Zhejiang complement a herbal, grassy note, creating a complex flavor structure.
