Chazánte was born from the desire to rethink non-alcoholic indulgence.

Driven by a shared passion for culinary arts, gastronomy, and togetherness, the initial question was how to experience the complexity of a good wine even without alcohol.

The answer lay in tea. As one of the most multifaceted ingredients, depending on its origin, processing, and leaf, it brings an aromatic depth to the glass reminiscent of great wines. Teas from regions like Darjeeling, Fujian, or Nantou develop their own character with subtle nuances due to climate, soil, and altitude.

Combined with dealcoholized wine, this creates a new form of cuvée.

The wine provides structure and a precise interplay of acidity and freshness, while the tea brings excitement and complexity. Refined with fine carbonation, the compositions show clear balance and a reduced style. Deliberately without additional flavorings.

Chazánte is not a substitute. Instead, it is an alcohol-free alternative that stands on its own.

Our conviction is also hidden in the name:

The Chinese "Cha" for tea, which stands for craftsmanship and tradition, combined with "zánte," inspired by the Italian "frizzante," for sparkling, which conveys lightness, modernity, and joie de vivre.
